COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton Moeller EAS721-DC-TC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson---Ge-Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ecofit parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emg-Schmitt product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson---Ge-Fanuc such as the IC695ETM001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2GDFUT65 manufactured by Ecofit and we are pleased to be able to service most Ecofit systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UP115 by Manufacturer Emg-Schmitt as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elwood-Motors Brand N23041F04AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by El-O-Matic such as ES0100U1A03A19K0 equipment made by El-O-Matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire El-O-Matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "El-O-Matic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BR0 made by Effekta-Regeltechnik as well as the popular OS6 original spares produced by Eco-Sensors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN025REN14MFRKG by Efector and ES0100U1A03A19K0 spares by El-O-Matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 39943U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
